When to install Scout?

Studio leverages Scout to auto-generate the process workflow.

• Studio has inbuilt capabilities to export the work flows in different formats such as the user training document in the form of SOP, or code
• This enables automation with the use of Python or other prominent RPA studios
• Studio offers a lot more than any other process authoring tool in terms of efficiency and productivity
• It can accelerate your journey from process discovery to realizing change by 60%.

 When should I install Studio in my Scout discovery journey? You must have access to Studio as early as possible in your Scout discovery journey. Studio is meant to bring distributed teams together to collaborate on process improvements.

Below are the features available from v.4.6 and onwards:

• You can comment on processes
• Tag your colleagues
• Get notifications for those comments which mention you.
• As you contribute the data to Scout through the training samples, you have an opportunity to export the data to Studio and review the data quality and screen quality scores.

If the data quality and screen quality score are low, then you can regenerate the process example through Teach Scout.
